• Valuation report to include an explanation used in the preparation of the reports.

• Listing the key drivers to value the company.
• Provide suggestions for action to improve areas.
• Create data to use in comparison for the industry they are involved in.

• Provide detailed plan to improve value.
• Meetings (depending upon management) weekly or monthly with guidance on the plan we derived to implement successively.

• Provide detailed plan of options with regard to the sale of the company and potential success for each option.
• Documentation assistance.
